Who We Are

Ayrstone Productivity was founded by Bill Moffitt and Robert Hill in 2007. Please see the People page for more information about the principals and staff.

Purpose

Ayrstone Productivity LLC is a company dedicated to helping rural businesses and homeowners improve their lives and business via improved Internet connectivity.

Ayrstone Productivity is headquartered in North Oaks, MN.

Ayrstone is also backed by partners with long involvement in technology and deep roots in midwestern agriculture. This combination of Silicon Valley technology expertise and midwestern agricultural knowledge is Ayrstone’s unique advantage.

Ayrstone Order Policy

We strive to ship your order within 2 business days of receiving it.
If, for some reason, we can’t, we’ll let you know why and when we will ship your order.

Ayrstone AyrMesh Warranty

All Ayrstone products are covered by our limited money-back guarantee for 90 days – we’ll refund your full purchase price within 30 days of purchase and all but a 15% restocking fee for an additional 60 days. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, just let us know; we’ll give you instructions to send the unit back and refund the purchase price (minus restocking fees as appropriate) as well as the outbound “Ground” shipping. We do not refund the difference between “Ground” and “Expedited” (2-day or Overnight) shipping.

All Ayrstone products are guaranteed against defects for one year from the date of purchase – if any Ayrstone product fails within a year of purchase, we’ll exchange it for free.

Ayrstone Return Policy

If you need to return an Ayrstone AyrMesh product, please contact us at [email protected] for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before you send it to us.
DO NOT RETURN PRODUCTS TO OUR OFFICES OR OUR FULFILLMENT CENTER
Please include the packing slip (that came with the merchandise) if possible, or at least the Order ID from the packing slip along with the RMA number. When you get the RMA number, we will also give you the address of the support facility to which the merchandise must be sent.
